Description : The SDC in Benin has decided to implement a Vocational Training and Capacity Building for Employment programme (FORCE) in order to contribute to the establishment of an efficient and attractive system of vocational training through apprenticeship. It will support the implementation of Benin's National Strategy for Technical Education and Vocational Training by facilitating young people's access to training in promising occupations, by strengthening the national training system to improve training provision and practices, and by supporting the implementation of various reforms to improve the governance of the vocational training sub-sector in Benin
The territorial component of the programme will strengthen the reception and training capacities of certain training centres while the national component will strengthen partnership governance and training engineering.
