- Tenders are invited for Construction of MV Overhead Lines and Delivery Station in the Locality of Idadjo. Tenders must include a tender guarantee, in the amount of: - For lot 1: five million four hundred and twenty-eight thousand eight hundred and twenty-five (5,428,825) CFA francs Interested candidates can obtain an Open Tender File free of charge by sending a request to the following address: spprmpsbee@gmail.com or secretariat_prmp@sbee.bj. Said request must specify the following information: name of the company, surname & first name of the representative, telephone number and email of the structure. The call for tender file in paper version will be immediately given to interested candidates on simple presentation of the latter to the Permanent Secretariat of the Person Responsible for Public Contracts located in office 218 of the General Management of SBEE, opposite the prefecture of Littoral, building adjacent to that of ORABANK, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Local time: GMT+1) or sent to candidates at their own expense by air freight. NB: This withdrawal is materialized by a discharge form drawn up according to a model made available by the ARMP. 9. Tenders are written in French and must be submitted in two (02) physical copies, namely, one (01) original and one (01) copy, as well as one (01) scanned electronic version of the tender. in PDF format on USB key, all in a single envelope. The failure to present the offer according to the methods provided for above is eliminatory.
