Friend - Benin - Consultant (Cabinet) for the APD & DAO technical study mission, surveillance and control of construction and equipment of a modern slaughterhouse in Parakou - PRODEFILAV -PEL
Services under this contract include two phases: phase 1: Technical studies of detailed preliminary draft and development of the tender dossier and consists in I) do the design and dimensioning of the works, the Summary preliminary project study (APS), ii) detailed technical studies, iii) The development of the technical documents of the tender dossier. Review and validation of work execution files, ii) Monitoring and controlling work, iii) Geotechnical control of the work, iv) Monitoring the implementation of environmental and social measures, v) Administrative monitoring and Financing of the execution of work VI) The proposal of fixes if necessary, and VII) the verification and approval of the accounts of the works and the provisional and permanent technical receptions of all the works.
