- The communications company will aim to support trade union centers and the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Benin in the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of awareness campaigns aimed at promoting the unionization of workers. domestic workers, the ratification of Convention 189, the extension of social protection to domestic workers and respect for decent work, particularly the payment of the SMIG, for domestic workers. The methodological approach must be participatory, closely involving union centers throughout the process.
