The Call for Tenders file in paper version will be immediately given to interested candidates on simple presentation of the latter to the Permanent Secretariat of the Person Responsible for Public Contracts or sent to candidates at their expense by air or normal mail. The opening of tenders will take place in the meeting room located on the floor of the shopping mall of the SOCIÉTÉ DES AÉROPORTS DU BÉNIN, office number 110/111, the same day at 10:30 am (GMT+1). 9. Tenders must include a tender guarantee, in the amount of seven million nine hundred thousand (7,900,000) FCFA. With regard to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, the guarantee of the offer can take the form of a simple letter of declaration of guarantee following the model provided for in the forms of the tender dossier. 10. Tenders must remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the deadline for submission. 11. A site visit will be organized on 06/01/2023 at 9:30 a.m.
